Welcome To The Auction!

StageDoor Theatre is a vibrant, active non-profit organization. Since its inception in 1990, it has presented over 120 main stage productions, involving hundreds of community members.  StageDoor creates a community environment in which individuals & families can explore their talents and abilities in the performing arts. The theatre supports an adult company and an education program for children in our community.

During any day of the week, StageDoor is a beehive of activity. After-school programs begin at 4 or 5 PM and end at 6 or 6:30. There are as many as 4 groups needing space at this time, on any day of the week. Adult rehearsals take place in the evenings, from 6:30 forward. Staff and volunteer crews appear at various times of each day, morning through night, to build and paint sets, work on lighting and sound, make costumes and props. There are also meetings throughout the week, for production planning, Board meetings, and volunteer organization.

Our programs have expanded dramatically over the past four years. In order to meet the needs of our participants, StageDoor successfully leased additional rehearsal and backstage workspace adjacent to our current facility.  We’ve begun the renovation of our new space, but much more needs to be done. Our new space needs new lighting, heat, flooring and painting. StageDoor Theatre asks you to participate in our On-Line Auction to help raise money for this project and upcoming productions.

We invite you to look over the items in our auction and strengthen the community bond we have by supporting StageDoor in a new way, by participating in this fundraiser.
